This one has a handle made out of G10 and a piece of stabilized mazur birch. Steel is N690 – leftover.
This gyuto is made from AEB-L, G10 liners and Efloryn scales. The pun “Set phasers to SCRUM” is probably my proudest achievement to date.
This one is from Elmax, and Osage Orange handle with a cocobolo accent. Bronze bolster. Nothing fancy! But it will do.
This was supposed to be a bird&trout variant, but it was scaled up in size (based on the customer’s wish). In the end it’s probably to big to be called bird&trout. N690@59 HRC, 4 mm thick, 12 cm blade length.
