This is another 1850s inspired bowie. The sheath is my first with a wooden core and leather lining (inside and outside. Very enjoyable to use (and build). Steel is 6 mm Sleipner, 20 cm of blade length. Handle is ziricote and bronze with some forced patina.

This one has a handle made out of G10 and a piece of stabilized mazur birch. Steel is N690 – leftover.

This gyuto is made from AEB-L, G10 liners and Efloryn scales. The pun “Set phasers to SCRUM” is probably my proudest achievement to date.

This one is from Elmax, and Osage Orange handle with a cocobolo accent. Bronze bolster. Nothing fancy! But it will do.

This was supposed to be a bird&trout variant, but it was scaled up in size (based on the customer’s wish). In the end it’s probably to big to be called bird&trout. N690@59 HRC, 4 mm thick, 12 cm blade length.

This one was a lot of work and fun to build. Sleipner @ 60 HRC, walnut burl and bronze on the handle. About 33 cm overall length.

A small hunter to wrap up 2023 – 12 knives made this year. Good stuff. Steel is Elmax, handle Cocobolo.
